Medicare Plan Finder SNAFU - Xiidra, Trelegy

The Medicare site has some huge problems with displaying correct total costs for a number of drugs.

It was never perfect but better when the other company (don't recall their name) was running the show.

Millions of people (not just agents) rely on that for ACCURATE information and all we get is crap.

I am direct with all my appointments so don't have access to an IMO plan finder. PDP is a very small piece of my business but I use it as leverage to do things most other agents don't (or can't).

When the Medicare PF is in the crapper my business can grind to a halt. I have a system that allows me to serve my clients without the need to store all their Rx info. Not perfect but functional until CMS drops the ball.

@kgmom219 Is the Plan Finder completely screwed up again?

Running reports (2021) for Trelegy ($600 retail) shows several plans with a $43 copay.

Xiidra, another $600 retail drug shows it is not covered with any plan but you can get it for $59
