Ok, I'm an agent in NC with a non resident in Michigan due to growing up there. These MCCA fees are killer I have only a couple of clients left. One has 4 driver two kids ages 20 and 24, they have 4 cars ranging from years 2013-2019, no accidents or speeding tickets 5 years. There paying $4900 for 6 months of which includes the MCCA fee ($550.00).
They have good coverages listed below. I feel bad about these rates. Are there any go to carriers for Grand Blanc, Michigan that are more competitive? I currently have them with Nationwide.

Bodily Injury 500/500
Property Damage 100
Uninsured 100/300
Underinsured 100/300
PIP Option Code FUL
PIP Deductible 300 Ded
Property Protection
Comprehensive 500
Collision 500
Collision Type Broad
Safety Glass

The good news is that the MCCA will be lowered soon to $100 per vehicle for the July-July period. Other good news, I used to write for Nationwide and quoted my daughter's vehicles on it. Her rate at Nationwide was better than the rate she was paying through Allstate. I then quoted her through Progressive and gave her better coverage, lower deductibles, and a lower premium. Give them a call
