Most Important Features in an Auto Dialer?

I've got an old autodialer system using Winleads. Anybody know if that system can be used as a power dialer?

Number 1 problem is there is no easy button. When they first came out, you could have a recording do most of the work for you. One of those press one to speak to you type deals. But the govt has made a lot of new laws. But you can either spend 95% of you time not speaking to a live person, or speaking to one. The dialer just lines up people that are answering their phone. You must still know what to say when they say " Hello" There is no easy button.
