Are you marketing your course? If so, how much?

My question is why aren't you just keeping the site or selling it when you're done. You can do everything you just said, retain ownership of the site, and market it as a personal case study. Why do you need an agent... Even if it is supposed to be an "over the shoulder" course, it seems like you are still doing everything (including paying for the marketing).

If you're in lead gen, that would technically make you a new agent. I don't get why you are willing to give away a site to someone who really did nothing. What's the catch.
