It depends on your monthly adspend...you can just google facebook marketing agencies and start looking for ones who fit your criteria.

Look up Rearden on the forum. He has a lot of good training and sells discounted FB leads to his agents.

I was talking about a marketing agency (or person), not an IMO/upline.
