OK, California under 20....and new enough to not know much about Cal Cobra.
So are these groups going to be required to contribute at the 65% level? and if so will be longer than the 9 months.
Dave, you seem to be in the know on this--any help would be apreciated.
Also, I am assuming that this is all on go forward for someone with existing COBRA--and that they will get the discount for next 9 months. I currently have a prospect who is 5 months into COBRA and can make a case is she is only going to be compensated by employer/gov for the next 4 months but my guess is she still has 9 months coming to her from a go forward positon?????
Thanks for the info, feeling a bit overwhelmed. I thought cobra was always outside the employer. djs, I don't know why we always have to get so dramatic. Divorce? for 24 months extension.
