I Was Wondering What Is The Easiest Way To Start.
Should I Just Get Appointed With Blue Cross, Work For A Agency Or Try And Find A Marketing Agency To Work For.

That's a pretty generic question, and the carriers you should offer are state specific.

There are a lot of factors to figure in...

Are you new the insurance field as a whole or just Medicare supps?

Do you need training on Medicare supps? Do you need sales training?

Do you have a marketing plan? (Judging by your question it sounds like this might be an area you should spend some time planning)

If you are wanting to be independent, then put together some goals:
- How many sales you need per week
- How many appointments you need to achieve those sales
- How much marketing (BRC, cold calls, mailers, etc) you need to put out there to schedule those appointments

Visit Medicare.gov search Med Supplements in the zip codes you wish to work. Look at the companies ratings, cost and marketability, choose three.
