No Appreciation for the Agent

I need to vent

I recently enrolled someone in a Humana MAPD, and when she got a "welcome call" from humana, the lady on the phone started talking to her about the benefits, and for some reason decided a different plan was better for her. The person I enrolled, changed to a different humana mapd, and now I get a chargeback. Even though Humana is collecting a monthly premium still, and the client is still with humana, i get screwed with a chargeback!

And the icing on the cake... she changed over to a worse plan.

Fu(k Yoo Humana.

Is a scope of appointment form needed when stealing a case from an agent?
 
I have more problems with the debil than any other carrier.

I FINALLY got my true up last week on someone I enrolled in Aug 2013. I didn't get the original commish until a few weeks before that. They said that some other agent was assigned as the AOR. Yeah... right.

They just charged me back for someone that I enrolled effective 9/1 stating a termination date of 10/10. The client has no idea what they are talking about - she has coverage and just used her card to see the doctor.

I hate to have to chase money - but with Humana, I'm having to chase it.
