North American Will No Longer Be Accepting New Agents.

Good company and good management. They are being proactive. It is the ones who are not doing anything we should be worried about.
 
It could be that they are difficult to work with, which they are, they take forever to underwrite, which they do, and screw up premium debits from customer checking accounts, which they do. My client with NA is ready to cancel her policy after having three premiums drafted from her checking account at one time, and after two weeks - no explanation.
