Pros
PTO is good. Great location. Co-workers are friendly. Regular meetings with managers. Company continues to diversify and find national presence.
Cons
Salary is low and middle management isn't effective. The company suffered a layoff and morale has been low for the last 2 years.
Advice to Senior Management
Put more effort in praising your employees and backing up your middle management. They work hard and listen to you, but they can't help their staff without more power to do so.
