Caveat, not an agent.Hi axeman462,
Out of curiosity, may I inquire why she is wanting to appeal her Part B penalty? Depending upon the reason, there may be other ways to go about it.
I have a customer that needs to appeal her Part B penalty.
Her income was too high past 2 years, now it's lower because she retired.. you are I write, I should have not used the word penaltyWhen I hear “penalty”, I think of the +10% for not enrolling in Part B timely.
