Postponed Part B at 65 While Working, Now a Late Enrollee?

The records aren't available. Rockwell even tried to find them. (Or said they tried.) This woman is 76. The LEP is going to be ugly.
I'm researching SSA complaint forms now.....

Tax returns? Any help with those or W2's? Basically aren't you trying to prove she was at work for those ten years?

Finally. Someone with a brain.
DOL gives new HR people the authority to sign the form, if there are COC's available, in the absence of employee records.
In this case, we were able to provide the COCs, so the Rockwell HR dept was able (legally) to sign the SSA form.
They turned the form in on Friday. It is was in the system TODAY. Part B eff 1/1. App written. All is well.
