Should you be concerned....yes.
Whenever an agent leaves regardless of a non-compete there is always leakage from that book of business back to the original agent because ours is an industry based on realationships not just numbers. You have to go out and seize that client base and make it your own and let the clients know and make them feel that you are their insurance man, a guy they can count on. Being this is your first insurance position and if you are not a seasoned salesman from another field this will be a trial by fire. The best careers are made under these conditions if you are man enough to seize the oppourtunity. Seize it!!!!!!!!! Good luck
