Thanks BD. Looks like fewer plans in select counties vs 2014, higher OOP and more plans with Rx deductibles.

HMO 71% 68%
Local PPO 20% 21%
Regional PPO 2% 2%
PFFS 3% 5%
All Other Plans 4% 4%

I wounder what the % of PFFS non network plans were back in 2006 & 2007? Est ~90%.

The trend is definitely moving away from "choose your doc" to "pick one from the following list".

You might want to see about fixing that discrepancy in the $50+ row at the 2014 Percent of Plans column. It's not 44%.
