Ready to Ride Again.

I have posted this elsewhere, but here is my list of FMO's: Senior Marketing Specialists - DISCLAIMER - I do training / marketing for them...so you get me for some training...that can be deemed as good or bad :) Ritter Insurance Marketing Word and Brown (you do have to assign commissions, but they are upfront about it and will release) Todd King Chris Westfall Some other ones I have heard great things about (but I do not have any experience with): Agent pipeline Health Choice One FMO's can be like cars - some may work for you, and not others. I have no use for a two seat car since I have kids, but that may be what you are looking for. My advice - write down what you want your FMO to do for you (training, case placement assistance, back end office support, technology, etc) and then interview them. Talk to a handful then make a decision. Remember they are all trying to sell you on themselves, as they do not know who their next big producer will be. They in a sense will be your partner, so work with the one or two that you would want to partner with. Hope this helps. Glad to hear you are getting better and getting back into the game!

Of your list,

Ritter is good

Todd King is good

Chris Westfall's is good

None of the others pass the smell test for me.

Thanks Todd for the feed back on HCO. I am going off info from a couple years ago from some agents who like them. I have no loyalty with them (why I said I have no experience with them). I respect your input and will take them off my list.

As for SMS, mind you this is Senior Marketing Specialists in Columbia, MO (there is another SMS out there). I was a consultant for them for about half a year then I went full time doing training and other bits for them. I have been very impressed with them, and they are a great team to work with. They work with some others on the forum but don't have a presence here (other than me).

However, to each their own. This is why I always give a list, and don't just come here and tout one option. Of course I am biased to SMS, but others have great things to offer as well.

I have always had good dealings with senior market specialists. I may even still have a contract with them. They were my go to FMO when I first went independent. Ryan was always eager to help. It was a bonus that he was actually an active agent too.

I'm a big fan of Kathy, Meryl, and Ryan...good peoples.
