I found what I was looking for using Google. But the search function should be working regardless of using a standard search engine.

I don't know if the "new guy" is in over his head or just doesn't realize how vital this forum is to agents.

Thanks for the note Bob. You're right, now I only check this forum on occasional basis, yet I take pride in what it has become and it gives me a sense of accomplishment considering that I was a part of it since 2007.

I was away (in UK) for a period of 10 weeks and didn't have time to check around here.

The search function is now working.
