I don't have Surfshark, but from a quick Google search of "Surfshark VPN whitelisting" these seems to be a menu about whitelisting

Thanks for doing my research for me. Current version calls it Bypasser but similar approach to get to screens.

I tested it on a medical site that blocked my access all the time and the change allowed me in without having to drop the VPN as I had been doing. Have ins forums in there now too.
