Ummmm...I'm in Florida, and I use Ash a lot.

I meant they aren't located in Florida, unless they have a local branch. We always send our stuff to Fort Wayne.

Edit - looks like they do have two locations in FL, my mistake.

All I know is we had a horrible case manager, several people lost cases due to her. They did finally replace her, but no one wants to try them out again. Also, they tend to be very slow in follow up. Sounds like you got a good one there.
