I was wondering about those types of policies...If you smoked your inventory could you put in a fire claim? I mean it did go up in smoke

There was an old wives tale where a guy smoked all his incredibly expensive cigars and files a fire claim, the insurance company paid the claim. Then the insurance company charged the man with arson for setting them on fire. I think it was dropped.
