They are legit but you have to pay a $500 set-up fee.

You get what you pay for. $500 is cheap and I wouldn't trust that company.
I have an affiliation with a LEGIT firm. Although I charge $899 for the referral, it's well worth it. ($200 is donated to "Stamp out Groats Disease" so you know I'm honest).
