This guy took my article and linked it to HIS Norvax quote engine. It looks like he has been making a habit of doing that. I wonder how much business he's getting that way. Looks like a Nationwide ooutfit.

Hosting copyrighted material? I would say so. They can claim innocence as long as they don't know, but once you notify them they can be held liable for not removing it.
 
In fairness...the issue is not that they publish the article. I believe that since I wrote it for Ezine, anybody can use it. The issue is taking the article and putting their quote engine on it. I know it is unethical (in my opinion). But is it illegal?
