Anyone know of this outfit they supposedly have a program that is tax friendly while paying a portion of the insureds deductible as part of their program.

I have had friends that placed their 105 defined benefits plan with the employee loan component that reduces their taxable income and saves the employer a ton of money on FICA taxes. It's a mess. My advice is to stay away if this is what your looking at.
