Trans Chopped renewals by over 50%

My renewals went from 8.5% yrs 2-5 to 4.25% and years 6-10 from 7.5% to 3.25%. On a 10 yr basis thats about a 32% reduction . I’ll only write for copd de . It’s worthless .

Younger DE clients still can find a home at Trans. (I find myself outside of the scope of common FE age and work with young clients often.) But the downside is... it is Trans.

I feel they somehow think that their agent force is the root of their problems. It's sad to see a company screw themselves into the shape they have.

Forgive me, but if someone is trans, wouldn't they cut off 100% instead of 50%?
