Somebody has any experience currently working or worked in the past with TRUSTED SENIOR SPECIALISTS, a Houston based Insurance Company (Medicare Supps.MA,FE...)?

I believe they are well spread with agents in other states.

Do you trust someone who has to name their company Trusted? I am of the opinion you earn trust over a period of time and shared experiences with a client, not by telling them. 'You can Trust Me'.

Never heard of the company you are asking about, they could be very very trustworthy.

I'll vouch for them. Just like any FMO/IMO/etc there are going to be some agents who have bad experiences, but I've done business with them and haven't any complaints or heard of others that have. Mike and Melinda are great people to work with and have good relationships with their carriers. If you're looking for good contracts and folks that will be very upfront with you about what to expect, they're perfect.

I had/having a bad experience with them. I have been trying to get $200 on a HealthNet renewal payment going on 2 years now. I have had to enlist the help of HealthNet to get this done, but they are not helping much because the payment has already been paid to TSS, the FMO. They have only 1 person in charge of their accounting and she is constantly too busy. Bottom line, DON'T trust them where $$ is involved..
