As of late running into almost all the time, the doc is only showing for duel plans but not the reg MA plans, I am starting to think its some kind of error

Usually always been the opposite

Does anyone know anything of this issue?

I have seen this before as well and sometimes the best thing to do is call the provider's office. Ask for the specialist who handles the billing as it may not be the person picking up the phone. They can provide you with more credible information.

As you probably the networks are suppose to the same across all UHC plans but there is definitely some one offs in that are not.Sometimes the search results can be different depending on if you started search when doing a lean application vs just starting from Jarvis. In my area in Florida we have had issues with PCP group names being listed but not all the physician in that group listed searching for dual complete vs ma plan. With PCP groups alway being bought out and changing names it has been making it even worse.

Yea the whole group shows up the same I may call to see

Its just odd that I keep running into this since jan, especially in TN doc shows for Duel but not reg plans

Usually, doc shows up for reg plan Maybe PPO only or PPO and HMO but not duel

The thing is I ran into this a couple of times with refs or clients and some would come back and say yea he is in-network when I called some we just did a dif plan without checking doc office I had one or 2 say I dont care if he is in-network or not

The difference now is I am getting leads that are also online much and getting calls from other agents

with this kind of source I need to have a better understanding of what the issue is, UHC has 5 star plans in TN so I am doing more marketing here now
