Really? Interesting. Are you basing that on how successful "managed care" has been at slowing the bleeding (assuming you mean controlling cost) over the last 25-30 years?Sooner or later the politicians will realize that managed care can at least slow the bleeding to some extent.

Not sure how you could spin that or would want to.

Also, in the MA market, the network has to be taken into consideration as well. A plan can have the best benefits in the market at a given time but it's going to be a hard sell if the prospect's doctors and preferred hospital are not in network.
