What Companies Will Insure a Bartender or Waiter for Std or Accident Only?

I wasn't sure who would not only cover them but be competitive.
Mutual of Omaha listed those occupations as uninsurable.
I remember back in the day when I used to work my last bartending gig an Aflac rep came in and pitched our company, are they competitive at all?

Colonial Life will cover bartenders if they work in a restaurant. They would get an A rate with restrictions: off job only, no zero day elimination periods, 12 month benefit period maximum.

Bars are prohibited.
