What is the disadvantage (s) of having all MAPD contracts with one Upline?

My guess is that I can use the remaining contracts as a bargaining chip to keep the FMO from taking me for granted. What are advantages and disadvantages?

Keep everything with one FMO...you are more valuable that way..IMHO you have more leverage that way...

Just make sure you do your research on the FMO. There is a clause that I can terminate with them at any time for any or no reason. I am not LOA with the exception of one small local carrier that only works on an LOA basis.

Your instinct is correct. The more contracts you have with the same FMO, the bigger investment they're willing to make in your success. At NCC, for example, having more contracts can get you increased access to perks like our Marketing Assistance program and in-house marketing and training staff.
