My last option would be Medicare.

#1 for me is to call Freedom. Zero wait time.
#2 is Jarvis chat. Less than 2 min.

Freedom looks like they are based in FL. Are they an option for non-FL agents, or would those agents need to move on to option 2?

Yes, they are only in FL. In 14 years I have exactly 19 clients with them. But they verify Medicaid and Medicare and it takes about two rings for them to answer out of Tampa.

Unless the client has given their agent authorization at Medicare to discuss the beneficiary's claims with the agent.

Or, the agent/client could make that call together during a pajama party.
