When does Medicare.gov show the medsupp?

I have a new client who signed up in February for a 5/1 eff date on a uhc medsupp. He is really anal retentive and wants to see it show up on Medicare.gov despite every confirmation that he’s enrolled. I chatted with Medicare and back office support back in feb/March and both said it should show up closer to the eff date but now we’re day 2 and it’s not there according to him.
Any ideas?
