IGO is a gigantic POS and it's a shame companies opt to use them.

Best way to solve this problem is not write TransAmerica. Sad to see them go because I've written so much business with them. I'd strongly recommend using another carrier till they fix all the bugs, but not letting them fix all the bugs on your apps with your clients waiting for coverage and costing you money.
