Adam, it’s good that you are jazzed up and ready to go. But you don’t know what you don’t know. FFL is definitely not in the top commission level category. They are one of the lower ones.

If you look at your actual commission grids you are likely 30% lower than you could get at many other FMOs. And if you build your agency selling in the millions you can easily get more than 140% on some of your contracts.
