Working leads

I'm just getting started but what I meant was setting appointments on the phone for the next day. And knocking the leads unannounced in between but my day gets cut short as I have to pick up my daughter from school at 3. So I'll probably just go with knocking on the door of my leads.

That’s the same thing I’m talking about. Call you leads and set appointments. If you have to be done at 3:00 you just set your last scheduled appointment for 1:30.
But you can still set 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, noon, 1:00, and 1:30 as a spare. The after you drop the kids off where they are going you set a 3:30, 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30. That’s a full day.
Some will porch you. Some will be a dead end that you are out of in 10-minutes. Those give you time to door knock the leads that did not set appointments on the phone.
