You don't find them, you create them. Best way is to find existing groups with members that meet your client demographics. Put together a portfolio of sorts of what you can do and get invited to speak. Many groups are looking for guest speakers.

Just make sure it isn't boring or salesy. Entertaining and informative works best.

Public speaking is not my forte. When I have done it I usually talk for 10 minutes then open it up to questions. Q&A is my strong suit. Preaching is not.

You have to find your voice.

Once the word gets around, and it may take a year or longer, you will eventually have more leads than you know what to do with.
