Source of Funds has been discussed at length on this forum. Some areas are state specific, but in general, you'd be surprised at how easy it is to NOT give "investment advice" based on case studies made.
I got into that debate quite heavily with Rocco DeFrancesco (who sells agents on the idea of getting a series 65, but doesn't hold a series 65 registration himself).
