I recently quoted an auto policy for my sister and gave her the quote. When she was ready to accept the quote I ran it again and the premium went way up and changed her to a bad driver. When I ran her record again she was not found and I had to go back to her maiden name and it brought the premium back down.
I am confused of why she didnt show up in her records as her name last name. She got married in May, has a new drivers license and already got a new social security card.
Anyone have any idea why this happened?
