Can You Still Discriminate on Group Plans

Did the government ever implement this? I recall they put a hold on different plan for different employees
 
Answer is only applicable to fully insured, self-funded plans continue ti be subject to discrimination rules.
 
Carriers will have rules about who gets to be on/not on the plan by category/hours worked.

So, OK to exclude hourly and cover salary, as long as all in the categories are excluded or included. Check with your carriers.

They are strict about collecting proof of all eligibles within the categories, at least for groups under 100.
