SNL pays as earned on DE. You don't want to get advanced on DE business.

PROSPERITY is in Mass and will take DE

Does Prosperity have Wednesday billing? I just used them for the first time but their drafting procedures aren't spelled out. Much like Aetna you just write info on comments section
