They made a big deal out of not sending her money back unless they got the policy back.

Dude was really rude to her. No way she would have stayed with them after how he talked to her. It wasn't a fine moment in policy conservation.

My IMO gets the discount. When I first purchased it was only FE, but term/UL was added later so I thought it was just an upgrade.
