Using Real Estate Sales to Generate Life Leads!

Hey Guys,

Many city/county websites now allow you to see a list of real estate sales for a specific area and timeframe.

1. Is anyone using these to send out letters and generate leads?

2. Does it work?

I am thinking about creating an excel file with all the information (Names and address) I get from the government sites and then sending out a bunch of letters to those individuals. This will probably be very time consuming and expensive. Therefore, I was wondering if anyone else has had luck with this before I start?

Not sure, I am a newbie. If that is possible, where do you buy that information from?

You can buy lists from people in here...Medicareplansolution is a member that sells the list. I never used him, but I have read his posts.

runawaykinms, to answer your question that data is totally available. I can include the numbers too scrubbed against the DNC list so you can call them too. If you want to shoot me an e-mail with the area you're looking to do it in I can get you a count on what's available.
