I use ZohoCRM.com

I upgraded a long time ago to the paid account. I then set it up, the way I wanted it, and then dropped my account to the FREE version. Never paid a dime since. It's a simple CRM, but it does the job of organizing leads, setting dates for appointments and follow up dates for leads, exporting leads to csv file for calling lists, and being a small database for clients contact info.

I then use Softmaker FreeOffice (a Microsoft office free alternative) for client files, and dropbox for file backup and storage.

I use Skype for all phone calls, 800Link for phone numbers, and SalesDialers to be able to call more than one person at a time when dialing. My monthly expenses are pretty low for everything. Maybe $100-$150 per month in total.
