I got Cigna HealthSpring's first, followed by UHC. Now that it's not required by CMS cannot imagine any carrier continuing to make these calls over a "member-friendly letter," as UHC described it in their effusive announcement. A great development.

I got the email from UHC about eliminating OEV calls but I didn't see anything about eliminating the SOA.
