I got Cigna HealthSpring's first, followed by UHC. Now that it's not required by CMS cannot imagine any carrier continuing to make these calls over a "member-friendly letter," as UHC described it in their effusive announcement. A great development.I got the Uhc email but is this every carrier? Thank goodness it's give. It took longer to explain the oev call then the product presentation

UHC will be removing them from their 2015 enrollment kits.
