Plan M Vs Plan N

Could someone explain the difference between Plan M and Plan N.

They look similar to me , with the exception of Part B Co-insurance and the Part A deductible amount

Do you have anyone competitive for plan M in your state?

I don't.

The three carriers showing up on CSG for plan M have rates that are above my favored carriers plan F premium.
