Please be advised that on October 2, 2014, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation ("Office") issued an Order of Suspension to Ultimate Health Plans, Inc. ("Ultimate"), suspending Ultimate's Certificate of Authority to enroll new subscribers. A copy of the Order can be found by clicking here.
On October 15, 2014, Ultimate filed with the Office a petition requesting an Administrative Hearing on the matter. The Office's Order of Suspension cannot become final until after the administrative proceedings are completed.
