My problem with MSPM is that they don't have and aren't willing to update their pieces even when asked to do so. I wanted a more current Medicare message piece and they don't have one that works for the message I want to send during the applicable time of year.

They need to be more flexible and willing to develop better, current pieces to get any more participation from me.

I have had a really good response in the past and others have been not so good.

It sounds like you are talking about MA plans, not Med Supps since there is no applicable time of year for Med Supps. It may be that CMS is the one who being inflexible, not the company doing the mail drop. Have you checked CMS compliance regulations for mail drops?

good thing it was only $285 per 1000 instead of the usual $350 to $400. That would have sucked even harder. Direct mail returns are hit and miss at best.

Guess I'm out of it. Where do you still get 1000 dropped for $350 to $400?
