You were using a lot of code numbers I wasnt familiar with, so I included the code numbers I am most familiar with:

5150-- Penal code for mentally unstable (also a name of VanHalen album & Eddie VanHalens home studio)

420- code for weed

Sooooo, Florida is a known for really, really bad insurance marketplace which could make an agent mentally unstable(5150) & using some weed (420) might take the edge off.
