Hey Everyone

I am a new policy holder and had a couple of basic questions.
Can i add a friend to my policy for a day or 2.
I just dont wanna be in a situation where an accident happens and the insurance company doesnt cover it.

I wanna know for both the cases when my friend lives on the same address as me, and when he does not.

Policy: GEICO

Anyone with a past experience on this is also welcome to share their experience.

Thanks

Best to call your Geico professional agent. Only they can advise you on your exact situation for your specific policy in your specific state

Ask your agent if your policy and your state allow permissive use. No different than allowing a neighbor to borrow your car. Generally a houseguest is permitted to use the vehicle
