I don't fax business, I overnight all my applications via UPS or FEDEX. This way I have a receipt upon delivery.

Please don't take this the wrong way but that reciept is not going to save your butt when it still gets lost inhouse.... If the carrier allows it I scan the application and upload it to their website allowing me to have the originals in my file if needed later.

Most of my carriers allow faxed apps. I save the fax confirmation date stamp. If the fax gets lost, the carrier can find the app by the date stamp.

I fax unless I have an e-mail address. If I do, I just scan it and attach it to an e-mail.
