Is this an issue usually with underwriting or no?

is it considered like a walker or mobility device?

If it's an issue who might be lenient with it?

When was the amputation and was it from and accident or an illness(and what condition)?

Also, can he perform his ADL's and is he confined to a wheelchair or mobility device?

Trying to remember this one she is a client of 4 years just got increased notice haven't called yet

If I remember correctly it was some doc negligence well over 15 years ago

but that could have been another client

she is fairly healthy no diabetes heart or anything like that just few meds

Since it's more than 2 years and from an accident, as long as she's not confined to a wheelchair/mobility device and can perform all the ADL's, looks like every company would take her.
