Anyone use leadsverge.com?

Has anyone used leadsverge.com to purchase leads? They seem like a good deal but I’ve never purchased FEX leads so I’m not sure what to look out for.

I know they are off share. There is no 800# to contact them. I placed an order with my debit card, received a notice from them their card vendor was experiencing problems and they asked me to either do a wire transfer or pay directly from my checking. I cancelled the order and my funds were returned. You can FB Jerry Victor who advocates for the quality of the leads but he lives in Turin.
